service was excellent as usual. i drive a hour just to get my car serviced at nalley atlanta even though there are other infiniti dealerships closer to my house.

during my visit i was trying to get info on the locks on my tires. the questions i asked i didn't understand the answer from the first rep. he sent me back to the parts department and then the rep was able to explain what i needed to have done. i told him that i was trying to get that understanding in the beginning. 1st rep. i talked back to the first rep and was able to get it done.

It was a simple and easy process buying a car from afar. Kamiel and the Nalley Team were honest, kind , friendly and knowledgeable.

We negotiated the deal via phone/text and went to the dealership to sign the paperwork. The experience was very easy, and we liked working with Fred.
