Had a good experience today with the exception that the car was not wash completely. Appear they forgot to wash the back of the vehicle.

i was greeted at the door of the garage and was asked what could be done for me. at the service desk it took all of 2 minutes for them to get to work. the waiting area has the best coffee and the bathroom was spotless. my car was done in minutes and it probably took longer to was it. i was very pleased with the whole process.

service was very good. unfortunately the timing was not very accurate as to what i was being told. my appointment was at 8:15 am and i was waiting for the service to be completed at the dealership. i was advised that the work would be completed at or around 12:00 pm. i confirmed the time with the service tech. as i had an appointment in town at 12:30 i was afraid i was not going to make it in the event there were any delays so i rescheduled the appointment. i decided to return home around 10:00 am as it was going to be another 2 hours. i received a text at 11:00 that the work was completed and the car was ready to be picked up. it's great that the work was done quicker than expected but a little more communication would have been appreciated.please note, this is not a big deal. the vehicle was properly serviced and the cost was reasonable. i'll be back.
