Good with exception where the service technician failed to re-install brackets to secure the battery covering; afterwards all were installed except for one.Also, I'd purchased a new battery as it was necessary to avoid my vehicle stalling while listening to the radio while the engine is off; however the vehicle continues to give a warning after a short time of being on to warn that the battery is draining...this should not be the case when advised reasons for such is due to a NEW battery.

the representative made sure that i got a ride home while my truck was being serviced and also pick me back up to pick up my truck. overall i was very very satisfied.

crosby was ready at my appointment time; listened; cared and took care of my car, calling and texting when it was ready. there was a younger guy who helped me sync my brand new phone to the car-- very appreciated as i had trouble doing on my own
