excellent customer service from the beginning to the end and special thanks go to adam who was a breath of fresh air from my prior visit 😊

i was greeted by friendly and professional staff. my car was well taken care. i received fair quotes and honest feedback. i appreciated complimentary tire rotation and car wash. what a nice treat for the holidays!

adam and ms. cookie made my experience amazing! adam took really good care of me, i felt so confident that he would figure out what was going on with my car. he went above and beyond to make sure that i had a loaner car since i live so far away. i was blown away by his customer service. the same for ms. cookie. she made me feel very special. she got my loaner car ready and really touched me. i will definitely come back because of the services provided by these 2 people.

very informative and polite!

Timely manner. Very professional.

i came in to have my tires checked. my service manager didn't try to charge me for tires that i didn't need. i appreciate that level of trust that he gave me.

service person very nice

i had been experiencing a recurrent problem with engine power loss since this summer. adam ohman was very helpful in handling this under warranty and loaning me a vehicle while he handled the repairs.

cosby was very good.. he was efficient and happy and really seemed to enjoy his job.
