overall a good experience. it took awhile for the 8 representatives at the desk to even so much as acknowledge me when walking in. i stood there for several minutes while everyone had their own side conversations. eventually another rep entered and made eye contact and assisted me. i was then referred to mateo to finish assisting me. aside from that mishap, they were very accommodating and even gave my car a wash and vacuum afterwards.

the team and team leader was absolutely great ! specifically the environment was very pleasant and didn't feel like a doctors appointment. the team leader met me himself and handled my situation as i paid attention to the others there it was great. thank you 🙏🏾
