everything went well. my only issue was the time. my service advisor estimated 2-3 hours and it took approximately 5 hours. luckily, ou unluckily, i only had to wait the last hour.

Both Markas Lee & Kevin McKenzie did an excellent job! I have had previous experience with Markas, but the addition of Kevin made the car-buying experience exceptional. I had many questions and concerns regarding the option to purchase out my current lease and Markas and Kevin were able to address those concerns & also bring about other information that I had not considered. Purchasing out the lease was a smooth process.
