from the time i entered the service area, i received excellent customer service. i was escorted to the service provider who prioritized the issues with my car and made me feel comfortable about what would be done. i was able to work while i waited because there were refreshments, wi-fi, and accessible electric outlets. i was updated by text as well as the service provider while i waited. although i was there for close to 3 hours, it didn't feel that way. i was comfortable and able to get a lot of work done. i was quickly checked out and able to drive away in a clean, well-running car that i hope to keep for many years to come because i love my infinity!
