when i arrived, i was greeted promptly. my service advisor mateo, confirmed the services i requested online and said he would check to see if a rental was available. when there were none, he called lyft to drive me to work and back to the dealership. his communication throughout the day was exceptional! when i told him lyft was having trouble finding my job, he continued to communicate to ensure i had been picked up. i wasn't expecting him to be there when i arrived because it was after 5:00, but there he was, waiting for me. he saved me some money by applying discounts to my bill. overall my experience was too notch. i have peace of mind knowing everything has been taken care of at a price i can afford.
