mr. cosby made sure that i had rideshare home and back to nalley to pick up my vehicle and also when it came to my brakes he made sure that the back brakes were needed more so than the front brakes when i initially went in to get my front brakes done so i thank you all so very much for making the best decision when it comes to my vehicle

cosby was my service technician and did fine.however, having someone there who has been there longer than six months like cookie, really makes the difference between a good service experience and a great service experience.

i dropped the car off the night before for a 7:00am appointment. i got a phone call and a text message about the oil change and brake flushing. picked up the the car at 11:30. took longer than i expected but for once i was prepared and made other plans to uber there and back.
