service was great and the lobby was clean without over crowdedness. i was acknowledged on arrival with limited wait time. the greeter and zain was courteous, polite, and professional. my car was returned to me in a timely manner.

i felt that mateo addressed my concerns. i was expecting a free oil change due to a really bad service a while back. he was unable to do that but was very helpful in making sure it was addressed in the future. i felt that mateo didn't try to sell me anything that i didn't need. i felt that at my last visit that daniel sold me a service that was expensive that i didn't need. i will stay with infinity service as long as it meets my needs and doesn't try to add on services that are questionable.
