The staff was very kind and knowledgeable. The parts team was able to locate the part I needed prior to my arrival and held it for me and it was the last one and they were the only one in town (I called around other places). When arrived I didn't realize the part would have to be placed by the service team but they were very accommodating and was able to fit me in on their busy schedule and the service was much shorter than expected and my vehicle looked great.
