great!

customer service was impeccable. time in until time out was acceptable.

It wa a nice experience which the location was awesome.

zain already goes above and beyond to help me service my car. constant updates with the vehicle updates. always has a smile and ready to help regardless of the situation

Everyone was helpful but it took significantly longer than I expected.

outstanding help by zain butt and the rest of the team. we used to live in the area (doraville) - then moved about halfway to chattanooga. we still try to use this facility for all our infiniti services just because of past very good experiences. we were back near nalley when i was here for a spinal surgery at st joseph's, and the m45 died in a parking garage. several sensors failed at once i think. my wife had to get the car towed in - right as i was going into the operating room! zain was so incredibly helpful all the way through. this car has been truly remarkable. i hope we can keep it for a lot longer. and once my health is back, we will continue to patronize this facility or the marietta facility. thanks again for all the help.

cosby made sure everything related to my car was taken care of.
