zach provided excellent service and advice while my q50s red was in the shop. as a bonus, his advice saved me money. i travel extra miles and pass another dealership because i trust zach's advice.

got a flat tire on my way to work and went straight to nalley to see if they could repair it since i had purchased my tires from them not too long ago. i was greeted by zach who informed me that he would try to get my car serviced as soon as possible. i knew i would have to wait since it wasn't a scheduled appointment so that wasn't an issue for me. during my wait, zain offered to provide me with a lyft so i could grab some lunch which was amazing! while i was at lunch, i received a call from zach who told me my car was ready to go. he immediatelyscheduled my return lyft to the dealer. once i arrived, zach informed me the tire could not be fixed but was replaced under the road hazard warranty. all in all, i may have waited about 3 hours in total which again is not bad at all considering i did not have a scheduled appointment. these guys were so professional and service to the max. this experience truly felt like a luxury service and blew all my expectations away. thank you zain and zach - you both were amazing! although i live closer to marietta infiniti, i will still choose to come back to nalley because of their awesome service.

zach mclelland was very helpful and attentive during my visit. he also ensured i had a thorough understanding of the work being doing on my vehicle and kept me informed every step of the way. zach deserves to be a lead.

cosby & team took great care of my needs. i was early for my scheduled appointment but was taken care of right away. he offered to get me transportation without hesitation and i appreciated that.
