honestly, this is my first time driving a infiniti, i have driven volvo most of my driving life. my fist impression when i came in, i was a little turned off , i guess i am used to volvo courteous and friendly atmosphere , and honestly i didn't feel that way everyone was too busy to even pause and say i will be with you in a moment. i will see what the next visit will be like. the young man that i didn't have an appointment to see him, but i asked him to take my case was very helpful and nice, and i appreciate that. hopefully things will get better as time goes by.
