I usually give 5 stars because Malian and Team there are great but the part for my recall is on back order which I wanted to get accomplished while I was in for service.Check Engine light was on and I paid $195 for diagnostic which I know would go towards repair which I hope was a sensor. Bad news was it was linked to my hybrid battery and the quote to replace was $21K. How can a hybrid battery be $21K, and why is there not a repair for it instead of replacement. The car only has 135K miles and has been a disappointment in reliability.
