Carson was great at handling everything in a timely manner.

Cosby is an excellent service employee. He kept me informed on my vehicle status as well as maintaining great customer service.

I thought try did a great job with the car and the people I talked to were on top of things.The only issue I had was with the call center. When you call the number for service and then press 1 to get to service and then press 2 to speak to someone no one ever picked up the phone. Then you press 0 to get to the operator and it would instantly hang up on you.This happened on both days I tried to call.I showed the issue to one the reps when I came in to pick up my car and he was surprised this was happening. On one of those days I sent a text to my rep and did not get a response which was unusual. The following day I was told he was off for the day which was why I got no response. I totally understand that people need days off but it seems that there should be someone assigned to cover for these days off; how would a customer know if their agent was off? It was a bit frustrating in that regard; we all have busy jobs/lives and need to be able to plan things. So it became a bit frustrating not to be able to reach someone. But when I did reach someone they were very helpfu.

Everyone I dealt with during this process was great. Kevin, Cory and Markas were all pleasant and very professional.
