i initially came in for a wheel alignment and oil change. i didn't get the wheel alignment again as i need some other repairs that i wasn't ready for. then the service advisor told me my oil change was complimentary. that was nice and things are so much more costly, it was nice receiving something at no cost. thanks nalley infiniti! thanks to malian for his customer service!

My tire repair was handled efficiently and with no hassle; I was able to get in and get out without devoting most of my day to a service appointment. Although the customer waiting area is spacious and comfortable, I'm withholding one star for the lack of snacks and drinks available, despite a large coffee bar set-up. I had to go snoop in the employee lounge to find a soda and snack machine.
