it was a lengthly wait time for an oil change, but the waiting area was nice clean and quiet so not too bad. also, the free oil change as a first time customer was well appreciate. i purchased this car used from a one-time owner who did all the service at infiniti in her town, so this was a blessing and a good introduction to the service infiniti offers. i will definitely be back.
