very positive

it was quick and convenient

myles had great customer service and really seemed to care about getting me in the car i wanted. i was hesitant to drive to atlanta but he was very convening and not in a pushy annoying way. he took care of everything for me over the phone. sent me the documents he said he would in a timely manner and kept me informed of the process. he was a pleasure to work with and i am happy he is the representative that returned my call from my online inquiry. now, i can wake up in my birthday and look outside and see my present to myself. thank you, myles!!

excellent as always

waited over 15minutes for ava consultant to log me in
