i've been having a hard time finding a car within my budget that i liked. a lot of different dealerships weren't helpful but kelly went out his way and made me feel like my needs mattered. he was very patient with me because i was being indecisive. markas helped on the financial end as well i didn't want to go over my budget but still wanted a car that i loved. i definitely left satisfied & have been recommending my friends & family. definitely 10/10 experience overall.

1st off no one greeted me, everyone was preoccupied tried to get the attention of a salesman that walked out of his office he ignored me and then another salesman came out & asked if he could assist me & low & behold the salesman that ignored me was the person I was there to see, I really didn’t want him to have my business but at the end of it all I purchased a vehicle.

My experience was great, and I cannot be thankful enough for Chris Walston and the finance team at Nalley Infiniti. They helped me with my former lease and gave me the best financial options to upgrade to my new QX50! I love the new car, having better space and the warranty!

oil change, alignment and filter change. technician did not leave the vehicle damaged or dirty like the previous 2 visits.
