my tech associated was very friendly. my only issue was with the mechanic. i changed my brake fluid a month before my visit to nalley and he took a picture of my brake fluid chamber and did not open it to see that the solution was clear. also somehow my keys were lost. but the tech associate help provide me with a new set.
