chris walston the sales associate was awesome. the finance manager was ok. i just didn't like having almost $4,000 added to the sales price just so the dealership or maybe the finance manager could profit from selling extended warranties by saying how would you like to have your payment lowered. i wished i would have stuck to my no. tell your finance managers no means no. stop upselling unsuspecting customers especially when they are purchasing a new car not a used one.

had no reservations but your service attendant stepped in and got it done
