in general, i had a reasonably good experience. but i had to wait 20-30 minutes to be checked in and also to be checked out. it seemed that there should have been more service advisors working. malian kept me well informed throughout the service process. i also appreciated malian's assistance with getting a military discount.

They checked me in on time and kept me apprised of any needed repairs.

Only place where service slacks in, is the wash and vacuum after get service done.

malian gave good customer service. the price became affordable. malian kept me informed of the service progress. i appreciate the convenience of the loaner car service. all of that was good. the problem now is; 1. my car is leaking fluids and 2. there are fluid stains on my driver side door post. i have contacted malian to bring my car back to fix the fluid leaks.
