it was pouring rain and i noticed that it was raining in my car. i had just had it repaired at nalley infiniti a few days before. i called malian and told him that i was bringing it in. he was waiting for me when i arrived and immediately accompanied me to the waiting room and then proceeded to check out my car. he gave me an option of a loaner car or a lyft ride to get home. i chose a lyft ride. meanwhile he accompanied me to the waiting area and i realized that my cellphone had died, and i didn't have a charger. he found one to fit my phone so that i could receive the msg from lyft. as if that wasn't enough then he found me to let me know when lyft had arrived. when my car was ready he sent a lift to bring me back to pickup my car. now that's what i call excellent customer service care!!! malian is an amazing person and an invaluable asset to nalley infiniti.stephanie suarez-davis
