excellent service and customer service

mateo was extremely helpful and informative. work progressed well.

friendly and checked me in fast . answered all my questions and professional

Experience was good, just impossible to get anyone on the phone. Markus was the only downside. When I left his office he was suppose to send me a link to make an online transfer from a bank account. When I got the link it was to pay by debit card…why didn’t he just ask for my debit card while I was there? Did he send the wrong link? He never returned my call..
