i requested re-aiming of the low-beam headlights: currently some oncoming evening drivers flash their headlights at me, indicating that my headlights annoy them. my service representative (henao) told me that my low-beam headlights could not be reaimed. i did appreciate the military veteran's discount.

top knotch, daniel so far has been the best service advisor i've had in years and i have two infiniti's to keep in great shape. daniel took the time to show me features on my vehicle and i really appreciated that.

After the initial service there was an issue however Chris, Cosby and Donovan went out of their way to fix the issue and make things not only right but better. Nice job guys!
