wow! from the time i left my car i was greeted by the service technician he was pleasant, professional and accommodating!

i arrived early but was told it was not a problem. i told daniel what i needed checked. he priced one of the things i needed and gave me the price. we then added it to the list of things i needed done. he understood that this is our only car so it would be best of the repairs could be fixed the same day. once everything was diagnosed, he was able to tell me the amount of time it would take to fix everything. all the repairs happened the same day within 2 hours. i felt like he really cared about my needs.

QX80 was in service last week for the first oil change and a recall to allow Apple Play to become wireless. Technician showed my wife who picked up the car exactly how the new wireless feature worked. Excellent and clean facilities and very friendly staff. There is a reason that the QX80 is my third Infiniti SUV in a row

zane was great as usual but yhe experience was sullen when i found i had to pay for my oil change when initially i was told i didn't have to if i paid an extra fee with my car note

staff were professional and efficient and polite. work on my car was completed in the time i was told.
