it was very pleasant & fast. i thought i would have to wait for a long period of time because i did not have an appointment .

very good

my repair quote exceeds $8,000. i was told that the mechanic used a camera to diagnose the problem. i asked if i could see pictures or video of the damage and i was told they don't have pictures or video. i believe the mechanic should take video or pictures when suggesting for a customer to pay that much for a new engine. it could restore and maintain confidence and trust in the automotive repair industry. a mechanic at precision tune showed me his camera that stores video today. i also asked if i would be assured a loaner vehicle during the entire maintenance period. i was told it would be based on availability, but you have a small loaner fleet. i wouldn't want to spend that much money on repairs and have to worry about how i'm going to get around. the service manager was accommodating and malian was professional and polite as usual. the service manager gave me his word that he would work with me as much as he could. i will decide what to do with the car shortly.
