ive been visiting this location for over 2 years now. your technicians seems to get it right the first time. i love how i don’t have much of a wait to receive services but most important, they always make sure to provide realistic expectations before they start working on my vehicle. today, i had the pleasure to meet daniel and he was very pleasant. he was very considerate to the fact that i was there with my new born, just simple gestures of curtesy that positively impacted my whole experience. thank you van and daniel for going above and beyond when it comes to customer service.

daniel was an excellent service representative. he greeted me as soon as i arrived and addressed all of my concerns and questions. ensured that my vehicle was repaired and provided frequent and timely updates. he is friendly and extremely professional. demonstrates great knowledge of my vehicle condition, effectively communicated with me its status and superseded my lofty expectationsi drive over 35 miles to get my car serviced and i don't regret doing so. trip worthwhile and looking forward to the next visit
