The service was amazing! I usually go to Infiniti in Gwinnett but decided to try this location the customer service was A1 plus i received a complimentary car wash most definitely will come back to this location, just need more snacks though lol

My car is running smoothly and I contribute it to the service that I had. Zane Butt is an awesome consultant. I trust him and he listens to me. He is so knowledgeable, kind and personable that I will wait for service until he is available. Thank you!

It’s has been a pleasure this service visit and the previous visit when I made the purchase. The staff is professional and courteous. Keep up the consistency and great service.

Service was professionally provided and efficient.

The service department was thorough and efficient. Cosby clearly explained the results of my diagnostic, allowing me to make easy decisions.

My recent experience at Nalley Infiniti of Atlanta was awesome. The wait was pleasant particularly since the waiting area was comfortable and clean. Other people waiting were all socially distant from one another during this Covid time. That was also a plus! My service technician kept us informed of the service progression and was awesome!

Excellent Service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! In The Service Department

Thank you

Zain has amazing customer service skills that I have never seen before. I drove 30+ miles to come to this dealer passing other Infiniti dealerships to come get my vehicle serviced here.

The customer service was attentive and hospitable.
