We love Nalley, but every time we bring our QX50 in for service you have to order a part.

Staff is great; they set proper expectations. I love the automation associated with the inspection and being able to approve (or deny) additional items that need attention. Awesome waiting area and enticing new vehicles I need to keep my eyes off of. However, the complimentary car wash leaves a lot to be desired. It’s complementary so I shouldn’t complain but each time it just looks like someone wiped a half wet rag across my car - a few clean spots but leaving most of the dust/dirt behind
