I appreciated the patience and dedication and commitment that Keegan’s Hale exhibited while helping me contact Car Shield warranty service. It was an exhausting ordeal for me and it must have been for her as well but she was always pleasant and accommodating.

My scheduled appointment time was adhered too and shortly afterwards my car was serviced, which is great to receive timely service. The Service Advisor was courtesy and informative during my visit.
