My service consultant was exceptional. Because I was depressed about the cost of my car service, he took the time to explain how this service was important to my car’s performance and why this service cost that amount. It put me more at ease having this car service!!👍🏽

Only complaint: Would prefer staff stay further away. Too many got too close. Plus the mask goes OVER your nose.

The staff at Nalley Infiniti Atlanta are superb!! Especially Shawn! We have been working with Shawn for the past 3 years and will NEVER go anywhere else to service our cars! Shawn is friendly, understanding, professional and just great at what he does overall. If we could give him 10 starts we definitely would!! Give that guy his own dealership to run!!
