I must say the experience I had at this location was impressive. From the overall positive attitudes, to the amazing customer service and great communication skills. I appreciate Mr. Daenzel (service advisor)for his politeness and curtsey. He patiently and respectively answer all my questions with no hesitation all while maintaining a positive attitude. I been with infinity for over 5 years, and this being my first time at this location was an enjoyable experience. Thank you to all those working in this time of chaos, and still continue to provide excellent customer care. Keep up the great work!

Great customer experience!

The service was good although it took longer than expected. I wish I knew it was going to extra hours to do tire and alignment sooner. But everything went well and customer service was very good. I tried out the bio disinfectant treatment on the car today and I was disappointed. It left a film and wet marks all over the wood grain surfaces. I had to wipe down with spray and towel to get the residue look and feel off of the hard surfaces in the car. It may be disinfected but it looked dirty like seeing a dish come out of the dishwasher with water marks all over it.

Zain is the greatest service advisor that we have ever experienced there. Always very professional, knowledgeable, and honest with us in every detail about our vehicle. Service is always fast, reliable, and cleaner than when we dropped the car off. Great and fair pricing as well.
