My in-person experience at the dealership rates 5 stars. Shawn is always responsive, easy to work with and takes good care of me & my vehicle. My experience setting up my appointment was lackluster. I called 4 times, asking for a return call because I had questions about the service and was talked down to, treated rudely, and my call was never returned. I will never go through the customer service number again.
