My experience was very pleasurable and professional. My Service Advisor Daenzel Samuel was very informative with the airbag recall for my 2005 Infiniti FX 35.

Check in was prompt. My customer service representative listened well to what I requested be done. I received an inspection report with recommendations and pricing to review. Shortly thereafter, I received a call to discuss the recommendations and to make a decision whether to authorize the additional work. I chose to have my spouse take me home because of COVID-19 precautions; however, the service was complete within two hours. My car was washed prior to my departure. Excellent service from check in to check out.

Its beginning to take too long to get service done. 0945 until 1230 pm. This was just to find out why car was always cutting off, no other services done.
