Superior and professional service is always provided to me through Miss Hale she is personable as well as professional throughout my entire stay there is no other place I’d rather take my vehicle then to Nalley Infiniti thank U to Miss Hale and you the amazing staff there even through the COVID-19 pandemic she has reassured me of my safety and the lobby area is immaculate to know measure thank you Nalley. Additionally the service tech Jameson who handled the maneuvering of my car and even ensure that I was able to retrieve a snack while I was there was absolutely amazing!

I was very satisfied with the service I received but the only issue I have was the loaner car I reserved. It was not available at my scheduled appointment. I ended waiting on the service; I had to reschedule my planned day, but it all worked out.
