Great customer service

Your service was great. I brought me vehicle in for routine maintenance, but you all saw that there was an additional problem. You all notified me and repaired my vehicle, and it was returned to me when promised. You all also made sure I had a loaner for my convenience. Key Hale was my service advisor and responsible for my experience being what it was.

I have been a customer on Nalley Infiniti for a little over a year. The other times I have dealt with other service representatives have been just ok, but since I have been a customer with Key, I have had the best service outcomes! She is WONDERFUL! I will also say that when I do come in for a service appointment, surprisingly my sales representative, who sold me my vehicle is also there! Markas is always a joy to see and talk to! He always makes sure that I am being taken care of! I can't say enough great things about the kindness and concern I have had with everyone I come in contact with when I am at Nalley!
