The technician was great. He was very helpful in reviewing the recommended services with me, finding me an office to work in, etc. I did end up having to bring back because my door wasn't shutting properly, but he responded to my text immediatly and booked me an appointment to bring it in.

In error, my appointment was made at another Infiniti dealership but I was worked into the schedule immediately.

Adam is very nice. My door is still making the noise and so are my brakes. I purchased this car in March and I've been complaining about the noise. It's extremely annoying to continue hearing this noise. They refuse to make the repairs.

I came to Nalley Infiniti for major service on my QX80. My service advisor was Asif, and he was absolutely fantastic. Asif was more than knowledgeable about the issues and resolutions for my vehicle. Asif was professional, prompt in his response and extremely personable. Asif was accommodating. As stated before, I had substantial work being done to my vehicle. Asif, made sure I had transportation while my car was being fixed. My experience at Nalley Infiniti was pleasant with the exception of spending the money for repairs 😊.
