Daenzel was great! When my car was ready, he noticed that inside of my car was not clean. He even vacuumed and clean it! And Key also remembered me even though I haven’t been there since last December.

My Service Advisor, Shawn is very efficient, thorough, and professional. He makes every attempt to ensure I get the best deal. He has a way of delivering bad news, for unexpected services less painful.

Shawn is a rare Service Advisor, I trust his expertise, advice and experience. I’d like the Tech to be thanked and acknowledged because my 2009 EX35 now runs like new! He is a wizard!! Thank you!
