Markas was very patient and helpful. He understood my financial concerns and worked to make a deal that was amenable to both Infiniti and myself. Although I had provided lots of detail about my needs via email prior to meeting with him, there was still some of the typical "back-and-forth" haggling that I think is unnecessary. Overall, a positive experience.
