This was one of my best experiences at Nalley Infiniti. Thank you Zain for valuing me as a customer. I witnessed him do a quick rewash of my car as it had sat and got dusty. While I am sure the broader team has high standards, it is refreshing to witness them in action. Bravo!

Andre and Charles were amazing. They got me in a vehicle that fit what I was looking for. Had a few issues to start off but they made sure everything was taken care of. I will definitely be getting my next vehicle here in a few years because of the service I received from the staff.

I called in with a tire issue at 3:30 late in the week. I am visiting from South FL, and had a dead battery! Didn't take sense, since I had just driven for 10 hours! Nalley Infiniti invited me to the dealership and immediately checked out the car & replaced the battery. I was surprised the I had NO bill when all was done, due to my 3 year coverage! I don't pay attention to deadlines, so figured I'd be paying something. When I move to Atlanta, Nalley will be my dealership of choice!

Always a great experience at Nalley Infiniti. Customer service was excellent with the Service Rep Key. Lounge was clean. Service did not take long at all. Car was clean to drive away in. 5 out of 5 for sure!

Very professional. Everything handled very well . Lydia was great. Everything was covered She wore a mask and gloves and Showed me whatever I needed to know . May have to add Additional safety precautions . Wish I got that fir the price ! Thank you Susan
