Service was great and the work was performed well and in a reasonably short amount on time.

What a wonderful team! Charles was amazing as well as the sales lady who took over for him. Charles continued to follow- up with new arrivals and was very easy to work with. I appreciate the sales lady stepping in and bringing me the vehicle twice. Very kind. I would like to extend my thank you to Jay in finance who went above explaining in great detail until I had a clear understanding. I can be transparent in stating that most would not have had the patience or cared. In addition he stayed beyond closing hours to complete the transaction so that o would not have to return after a long 12 hour shift as a nurse. You all were great!!!

I was notified of a recall on my Q-50 via a text. I contacted the dealership and made an appt. I took my car in, they updated the software in a reasonable amount of time. The staff was friendly and respectful. Overall it was a positive experience.
