I started my car search at another Infinity dealership, from the recommendation of a co-worker. I was in need of a car, due to my previous one being totaled. Upon visiting that dealership, I began to realize my concerns were not being properly addressed, so I left. My son researched and found a similar vehicle at the Nalley Atlanta location. Immediately after his inquiry, a sales associate, Marquell, reached out and started the process. Throughout he was attentive and responsive. He addressed all my concerns and followed up promptly.
