initially told it would take approximately two hours for a basic oil change and tire rotation!! I’m convinced the technician did.NOT physically perform the point tech because he suggested things that I know were replaced last year. Instead of looking at the car itself, did he only check the system to see what was done by Nalley????rather alarming for me. Thankfully he did note that I needed my gasket replaced - all under warranty!
