After my battery went dead and I got my car jumped, I drove straight to the dealership. I was immediately greeted by the service advisor. Although the battery was fine, I went ahead to get an oil change and tire rotation. It turned out that new front brakes were also needed. While I waited (I was offered a loaner car), my car was fixed, washed and vacuumed. Excellent service by the service advisor and the staff!

Smooth and easy. I didn't feel pressured into getting anything extra/unnecessary done to my car. But the service advisor did explain what was needed. I will be back more often if this is how it will be.
