The young lady that serviced me greeted me with a smile & that made me feel welcome. She asked did I have an appointment I stated no & she smiled & said no problem. She asked did I have a coupon & if so she would apply that to my finally bill. Once my car was ready she walked me to my car & open up my door for me & stated it was my pleasure. I have never received service like this before. She also gave me her card & said if there be any questions don’t hesitate please call me. She also reset my GPS inside my car. What a wonderful young lady & excellent service she gave. She would make a wonderful trainer for customer service. Nice voice, good eye contact & repeated what I said to make sure I understood her. She text me a nice message while I waited on my car to be serviced to make sure I was Comfortable & to see if I had any questions. This is top SERVICE. I felt wonder once I left. Thank You
