My experience on the last visit was excellent as it usually is with my Service Advisor Shawn. I missed Shawn on the prior visit and got a different Service Advisor who was shockingly very rude towards me for the second time. All my other visits over the years have been great

My service attendant was very informative and attentive to my cars issues. The Service Manager was amazingly observant and beyond dutiful about the service I was receiving, my comfort while waiting and my concern about no valet on duty when I arrived.
