We had a great service consultant

This was the second service visit to get the A/C fixed on the car. The first trip, they replaced the compressor, but didn't detect the additional problem with the piece that had also failed. Hard to believe that all of that failed just after the warranty expired and hadn't given me any problems prior to the service visit I had to just get the oil changed.

I was extremely fortunate to have Pauline Akahomen assist me. Pauline is thoroughly knowledgeable about the vehicles I was interested in and an expert in assessing my needs by guiding me to the correct model. Her caring manner and support made my experience so much less stressful than I anticipated.
