The customer service was excellent! My service consultant was Keeyata. She did an excellent job keeping me informed of the status of my car and when I reached out to her she responded in a timely fashion. The estimate she gave me was accurate and true and I did not pay a dime more at checkout. The service she and the rest of the staff provided was warm, friendly, and accurate! She happened to be on lunch break when I arrived to pick up my car, but took the time to leave her break and make sure everything was in order with what she told me to expect. Everyone always dreads a car repair, but this experience could not have been better! We ended our business not with the traditional handshake, but with a hug! Great job Nalley Atlanta team!
